I think I've watched more content talking about how horrible Schaub is than I've ever watched of Schaub himself. It's unfortunate when all the videos critizing you are more entertaining than anything you can make. I genuinely hope that he'll humble himself a bit and try to produce some good content but I just don't think he has it in him.

Tom Segura isn't funny at all. He's actually less funny than the average guy on the street. All he has is psychopathic confidence to get up and say his dumb-ass opinions. Confidence goes a long way even if it's unfounded. What I hate most about Tom is his soul-less eyes. You know how most children have very little life behind their eyes yet. As children mature their eyes start to have more depth and character. Tom has the gaze of a child with an undeveloped soul. He has such a selfish, immature "take face," not a sharing, mature "give face." Popular comics want to GIVE you laughter. Tom just wants to TAKE your attention, like an annoying kid, with his childish "where's the cookie you're gonna give me?" kind of face on the front of his middle-aged head.

I don't think I remember a single joke or punchline of his past Mostly Stories. He can work a giant theater or small stadium through charisma because those are ridiculously receptive audiences, but his *craft* has definitely gotten worse in my opinion.

I've never had a problem with his "poor people" rant. As a poor myself I think it was quite funny and to this day I don't take it seriously. What isn't funny is that once the whole airport fiasco happened he handled it pretty poorly and doubled down on it and to be fair that's not even the worst part of it. The worst part of it is he is only doing this because he is hanging with Bert Kreischer. If he cuts Burnt Chrysler loose I think he will bounce back and refresh his memory on how down-to-Earth and funny he actually was. You can really tell that he's had too much of Brett, but for whatever reason still thinks there is something to gain from their collaborations...
